First contact
You describe the problem (software, automation, data, integration). We reply within 1 business day with framing questions. If it makes sense, we schedule a free 30-minute diagnostic.
Diagnostic
A survey of the current environment, risks and goals. It can be remote, with controlled access when needed. The initial conversation lasts about 30 minutes.
Proposal
Scope, assumptions, deliverables and work window. You approve before any implementation. The proposal only comes after framing.
Execution
Implementation, validation and documentation, with continuous communication on the agreed channel.
Handoff
Runbooks, dashboards and transfer to the responsible team. Stabilization support as defined in the proposal.

Linux/Docker software development, Kubernetes (k3s), observability stacks (Grafana/Prometheus/Loki/OTel), hardening, basic CI/CD and operations documentation.
Initial response: we reply within 1 business day. Execution time depends on scope and is fixed in the proposal.
